- Client project data, proprietary site constraints, or financial models.
- Services governed by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Data processed within our project delivery platforms is governed strictly by the confidentiality and data security terms set forth in our client contracts.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We use the information we collect from the Site for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Business Development: To respond to your inquiries regarding our BESS Development-as-a-Service (DevaaS) offerings.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use website visitor data to populate our proprietary BESS benchmarking databases.

These vendors are contractually bound to protect your information.
- Affiliates: Entities controlled by or under common control with Carina Power Partners, LLC, for internal business administration.
- Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes or protect the rights and safety of Carina, our clients, or the public.
Text messaging data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing categories above.
4. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)
Our project team may send text messages to individuals who work with us on active projects, such as permitting authority staff, client project staff, and project vendors. We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, either verbally during a phone call or meeting, or by texting our project number first.
Purpose: Messages relate to active projects, such as confirming meetings, permit application status, and document submittals. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information in the Contact Us section.
Your mobile information: We do not sell your mobile number or consent information, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
